Ok, I need your help.

I thought that I had the title for my series: The Conspirators' Crown.

Cool, right? I think so. However, I was thinking and I came up with this one: Stolen Crowns.

Also cool.

So which one do you think sounds best...and why?

I like them both, but I’m leaning more towards Stolen Crown’s for some reason. It sounds a little more catchy for the general public.

It is catchy...which is why there's at least four books with that title. I haven't found a series with that name, so I'm fine to use it. Thanks for your opinion!

I like them both, but I think Stolen Crowns could sound more YA, although it's very memorable. I don't know a lot about what titles are common for NA. Have you looked at other books like yours to see what their titles are like?

That's exactly what my mom said about "Stolen Crowns" and I agree. I have looked up what other P&P variations set in space are and they are: "Pride and Prejudice in Space" and "Pride and Prejudice and Planets." Not very original. As for series...I haven't found any. Maria Grace has a series titled "Jane Austen's Dragons" and I could do something like that.

I think the Conspirator's Crown isn't too long, and if it works better for your series, do it!

Yeah...not too long to say, but fitting it on a book spine? Not so good. If I use that one, I'll probably have to make an emblem for my series and put the series title on the cover.

Here are my reasons for each:

The Conspirators' Crown is what I have been using and what I have been thinking when I think of my series....but it is long.

Stolen Crowns is easier to spell and punchier...but it sounds YA.
