Cover Reveal for Tempest
My first cover reveal! This book, Tempest, (by Kathy Tyers) is book two of The Firebird Interlude Trilogy. (It goes between books 3 and 4 of the Firebird series) It's available for pre-order (in paperback) now, and releases in March. Haven't read Firebird? Lucky for you, I've reviewed it!
With the fate of a world at stake, who can you trust?
Firebird and Brennen Caldwell’s ancient enemies, the renegade telepathic Shuhr, have taken deadly aim at the Federate Regional capital world of Tallis. From a subterranean sanctum belowground to the tumultuous skies above it, a new weather weapon promises planetary disaster and a strike at the heart of Federate government.
However, facing an unexpected charge of desertion, Brennen is forbidden to use his Sentinel powers to engage those enemies, or he could be forced to give up those powers for good. He must find a way around that restriction or risk losing everything he cares about.
The future of Firebird’s struggling interplanetary musical exchange looks promising, but her new favorite group may be more than it appears. Has she found groundbreaking performers or her own greatest threat? And with the appearance of an unexpected ally, life or death could rest with Firebird's choice.
Catastrophe looms as Firebird and Brennen are thrust into a fight for their lives—and the future of every planet in the Federate Whorl.
I"m very excited to read this!
