Summary: Cantor D'Ahma is ready to protect the realms...except that his first mission is NOT going how he planned. How did he get stuck with Bridger, the very persistent dragon?

Notes: Fantastic, of course. This series is similar to Dragonspell in some ways, being written by the same author, Donita K. Paul. However, it takes place in a different universe. Some differences include: The dragons shape shift and speak the same language as the people. They are also all larger, so no minor dragons...unless these shape-shifting dragons shrink. One frustration: The third book is unpublished...and, as far as I know, it will not be published. Please read the two that exist anyway! I have a theory that if enough readers want the book (and write to the publisher) the book MAY get published. Maybe. We readers can be convincing.

Age of main character: eighteen-ish

Violence: Corrupt politicians, fights, injuries. Not super descriptive.

Romance: Just a little inkling.

Scary themes: The afore-said violence.
