I Lived Through a Windchill Advisory by Annika Klanderund

Review

Summary: Ray wants to get his friend back. Sophie wants to teach someone a lesson. Knox wants to stop a thief. Now what?

Notes: “A man’s heart devises his way, but the LORD directs his steps.”

Proverbs 16:9

In this book, Ray, Sophie, and Knox all have problems and plans. For all three, their problems have been brought on by their own poor choices. For all three, they have an idea to solve it. For all three, their problems and plans intertwine.

I read this book at the same time I was re-reading “A Tale of Two Cities” by Charles Dickens…probably NOT the best idea when preparing to write a book review, but this time, it turns out fine. Like Dickens, Annika Klanderund ties all the characters’ stories together. I enjoy when an author does this well. After reading “I lived Through a Windchill Advisory,” the only thing left that I am wondering is…will there be a sequel? Yes, it can easily be a standalone. But after reading this book, we who have come to know the characters wonder “what else might happen?”
